The English Cocker Spaniel is most popular of all Cocker Spaniels and originated in the 19th Century in England. It was raised as a specialist in the hunting of woodcock chicken and birds. In 1892 he accepted the English Kennel Club as a separate breed. The assumed father is from Sussex and the Field Spaniel crossed and 1879 are born male Obo. In 1907 the first Spaniel breed club was set up in Germany and can be characterized as a hunting Spaniel Club. It is still under the umbrella of the Association of the German Kennel four Spaniel breed clubs.
